Over 25 years of experience in the film and equipment rental industries, I have built my career on operational excellence, team leadership, and measurable growth. I currently serve as Profit Center Manager at Sunbelt Rentals, leading daily operations, sales strategy, and business development across Los Angeles and surrounding markets.
Previously, I spent four years with Herc Entertainment managing operations, and earlier served as Director of Operations at Hollywood Rentals, overseeing nationwide performance and implementing scalable solutions to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
I focus on building strong teams, optimizing processes, and driving sustainable growth. Outside of work, I manage Casa Mate Organic Tequila, produced in Jalisco, Mexico, and remain active in local business and community initiatives.
